Insert auto text

  Can i insert auto text into my blog so that when I type progA02 it inserts a standard list containg both normal text and bullet lists?

  I need this for both progA and progB and the auto text will change from time to time – therefore a number behind to keep track of versions and not alter older posts when updating the auto text due to new training programs.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible on wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and no blogger installed plugin capability. Those exist only on wordpress.ORG software installs and no upgrade alters that reality. WordPress.COM hosted sites have some built in plugins.
