Insert Code in a post?

  I want to post some code in my blog to explain how to install something.

  F.e something like this:

  http://www.debianroot.de/server/minecraft-server-erstellen-auf-einem-debian-server-1297.html

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Excuse me please but https://mydotexe1.wordpress.com/ appears to be an empty blog. Is that the actual blog you want to post code in? Or are you referring to a different blog? If it’s a different one then what is the URL starting with http:// please?

  Can you link me to a post where you tried posting your source code and it didn’t work? The source code shortcode should work for the type of code you’re trying to post.
