  Hello, I’m trying to add a website link to my article, but the insert edit link box isn’t working. please advise thank you.

  Will you please explain exactly what’s happening when you try to insert links?
  Are you using the Visual editor or the HTML editor?
  Which browser and version of it are you using please?
  Have you tried troubleshooting?
  You could have a browser issue so try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.
  Have you tried using another browser?

  thank you some how it came back, but I an having another issue with the visual editor tab

  Can you describe what the issue is please? Have you gone here > Users > Personal
  Settings and be sure the Visual editor has no been disabled there?
  Visual Editor __ Disable the visual editor when writing

  If that’s not the case then can you also tell us which browser and version of it you are using?
