    Hi to all,

I recently created a new version of my website (english version http://ephedratribal.com) and I thought that I could just copy the CSS code from my french version but for some reason the social links in the footer do not appear with the icons I want… Could someone please help ?
Here is the french web site http://www.ephedra-tribal.com, check out the social menu to compare with the english version.

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, the unique menu ids are different on your english site. All you need to do is to change them to the correct ones for your english site. The reason they are different is because the menu id numbers are assigned as the menu items are created.

If you need help with that, just let me know.

I see what you mean but I don’t know where to get the menu id numbers ? I also wanted to add an extra menu item on my french site and I have the same problem. Thanks for your help :)

I use the web inspector built into my browser to find the relevant CSS. If you are not familiar with the web inspector in your browser, take a look at our support page on How to Find Your Theme’s CSS where you will find some brief screencasts to get you started with it. I find it an invaluable tool when working with CSS.

If you inspect the menu elements, you will see something similar to this in the HTML size of the inspector pane.
    <li id="menu-item-499"
Since you have the base rules already there, you would just need to change the number part in the corresponding rule.
