  Am having trouble inserting images from my google photos.

  Hi lizsmuses, can you send a few more details? Is it pulling up the photos but not inserting, or are you getting an error?

  Please send more info including a link to the site.

  Thanks for getting back to me. I can access my photos but unable to insert them into my blog post now. Had no issues until the WordPress changed to “Block Editor”.

  Hi there,

  Were you able to successfully copy the Google photos to your media library? From there, you should be able to insert those photos from your media library:

  Hi Darnelldibbles

  The new WordPress Block Editor somehow does not allow me to insert/copy my Google photos into the media library. It’s very frustrating! I have been able to add photos in without a problem since 2013. This issue only came up when the Block Editor began.

  Hi Liz,

  Does it happen that you select the image, click Insert, but then the image block, just remains blank, still showing the Select or upload image instruction?

  If that’s not what happens, can you please walk us through the exact steps you’re following, and what happens?

  What browser are you using?
