Insert image from iPad not working (again??)

It seems WP recently fixed a bug with images (letting us choose more images), but now suddenly, when I take a screenprint and then try to upload it to a post from my iPad app, the gallery is blank.
I click +, Add image from Device, and then Albums comes up but there are no images. The images are in my Photos.
Anyone else having this problem?

Hey there, let’s see if we can narrow down the cause:
Can you clarify whether you’re using the WordPress app or a browser for this?
Can you check whichever one you’re not using to confirm whether you see the same issue there?
And lastly, can you confirm this issue is with the site you’ve linked here? I’ve verified its media library is working here on the desktop.

The app. For a long time, the first time I added a photo in a session, it would let me choose more and then after that, I’d have to close the app and restart to choose any new screenprints or photos. They recently fixed that problem so that it would always ask if you wanted to choose more images. But now no images come up at all. The screen only says Albums and that’s it.
When I try to add an image using Safari on my ipad, it doesnt give me the option to add new images but it does show old photos.

On your iPad, check Settings > WordPress (you’ll need to scroll all the way down).
There, under Photos, try selecting “All Photos.”
You can also manage this via Settings > Privacy > Photos on your iPad.
