Insert media buttons open in a new window – can’t add images

  I’m running wordpress 2.7 for http://www.reasonclothing.com/206 – when I write a post and go to ‘add media’ the link doesn’t open in a lightbox like it should, rather it opens in the existing window (deleting my open post). I’ve tried upgrading my wordpress install, and using different computers to post and nothing helps. any advice?
