Insert Media on Posts will not load or upload new file

Hello,
I have been a WordPress user for the past year and a half. This is the first time that I have gone to “Insert Media” from a post and not had anything come up.
It acts as if it’s loading under my Media Library, but nothing loads. When I try to upload a file from my computer, it says there is an “Error.”
However, if I go to my Media Library from the dashboard, all my files pull up, including the ones that said they could not load because of an error.
I did add the WP-Pro-Quiz Plug-In, but it is not activated.
If anyone can help me troubleshoot the problem, I would greatly appreciate it!
