Insert media page does not load images

    When the ‘add media’ button is clicked, the page with images often does not load. If it does load, it freezes and will not search for older images. If an image is successfully selected for inserting into text, either the image will not load or the ‘insert into post’ but but does not work.

    Sometimes the media page will work for a few minutes if the whole browser page is reloaded.

    Initially it appeared to be a slow connection, but the internet connection is normal. The problem is with the WP media insert page.

    This problem has also been experienced on another WP site, not only this one.
