Insert More Tag

  I am trying to use ‘Insert More Tag’ in my webpage (a static page) to shorten the appearance of the page. But for some reason, the feature doesn’t work. I used the feature in the Visual mode and when I previewed the page, the “….more” is not there and the whole paragraph appears on the web page. I am not experienced with HTML code. Advice is appreciated!
