  Been using WP.com for years, just added post to site after long time. Can’t see how to insert pictures. Used to simple & obvious, but no longer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Everything used to be quick and simple. Now doing anything at all can be a time consuming and frustrating process. That is why I removed my domains and archived my sites.

  Go to http://lummiislandnews.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php and see if you still have free media storage space left. That is also where you can click the Add New link if you have space left.

  If you upload lots of images you can exhaust that free space allocation quickly. Currently, the only way to get an extra space allocation after you upload the images again, is to purchase an upgrade bundle. https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/

  Are you running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com? If not, upgrade.

  Have you tried dragging an image straight from your desktop or computer’s image folder and drop it directly into your post’s editor?

  If you prefer you can click on the Add Media button from the toolbar of your editor to upload an image to your post.

  I’ve figured it out. A tiny little symbol on the editing toolbar did the trick. Pretty obscure. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it.
