Insert ‘Read More’ tag not working

    I have been inserting the ‘Read More’ tag in all new posts after the opening paragraph. But now when I click on the Insert ‘Read More’ tag, Read More is consistently inserted at the bottom of the post, not at the end of the opening paragraph where my cursor is.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there!

    I just tested on my site by inserting the More block, and it was inserted in the correct place. Can you test this again on your site by ensuring the following:

    1. Your cursor is on its own line/paragraph before inserting. So if you want it after the first paragraph, put the cursor in between the first and the second paragraph.
    2. Click the + icon and search for “More” block and click it. Or, for faster access, simply type /more and click
    3. Save or Publish the post if you’re ready.

    I recently purchased the AyaBooksPro theme for my book review website and am having a difficult time truncating both my headlines and blog content. I’ve tried the “Read More” and other options, but none seem to work.
