insert 'recent post' widget

  Hi, I’ve been trying to insert the ‘recent post’ widget into my ‘home’ page, but I’ve only succeeded in inserting it into a ‘links’ page. Any advice in shifting it from links to home would be helpful. Thanks.

  Hi Richard!

  Your home page currently has the ‘Full Width Page’ template assigned to it. Widgets added to your Content Sidebar will only appear on pages with the ‘Default Template’ assigned to them.

  To change the template assigned to your page, firstly click on the home page’s Edit link:

  Next, you’ll see a module entitled ‘Page Attributes’ on the right-hand and you can change the value in the ‘Template’ dropdown here.
