insert text onto/within photo header?

  Newbie Needs Help with Header.

  I’m using a submarine photo as my blog header. How do I insert/overlay text on the photo itself? THANKS

  My best suggestion is to use a theme that allows for a custom image with the Header text overlaid.

  The title text for the blog typically will overlay the image. If you want different text, then you would need to add that to the image in an image editing program.
