Insert URL problem

    When I click on “Insert Media”, then click on “Insert From URL”, when I paste the URL of the mp3 file, the title field disappears sometimes. Even when the title field shows up and I type “Download Episode #” the title doesn’t show up when I click on “Insert into post”. What I get is: [embed]http://archive.org/download/Episode298.2SupermanComicCoverDatedFebruary1963/Episode298.2SupermanComicCoverDatedFebruary1963.mp3[/embed]
