Insert workable Excel table?

  Hi. I am wondering if I can put an Excel spreadsheet/table on my wordpress.com site that can be typed into (its a personalized tally sheet for customers). It’s just for their help, not to have any of their typed information saved anywhere. Is that possible? If so, how would you do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to embed the Excel document itself, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs.

  Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
