Inserted images do not show

Hi, I’ve written a short blog at the end of a long day. I’ve spent the last 45 minutes straining my eyes searching for previous threads listing the problem that I have etc., but I haven’t found anything and cannot bring myself to look anymore!
I’m not very technical so will need simple answers to solve the following problem:
I’ve added photos to my media library (seemingly successfully). When I write a new post I click the insert image icon, I go to the media library, click the ‘Show’ button next to the image I want to add to my post, and then click ‘Insert into Post’. What comes up is a white bordered box with a red dot in the left hand top corner. At first the photo showed up in the text box while I was writing/editing the post but would not show up on the actual blog, but it won’t even show up properly while I’m writing my post now.
I’m sure it is a simple problem so hopefully there’s a simple solution. See my home page and you’ll see what I mean. It briefly shows up with the blank box while the page loads and then it just shows plain text (the title of the image).

Also, if you quickly left click on the box while it is there and click ‘view image’, it says that the image cannot be found?

I downloaded your image, and there seems to be something wrong with that prevents the uploader from recognizing it. If you have an image editing application, try some editing (e.g. copy and re-paste one spot), save, and upload this new version. Best remove the previous one from the Library, and rename the new version before uploading it.
