inserted media shows at bottom right aperture and camera

I have inserted a lot of media. in the galleries, at the bottom right, there is a block with what I think is a description of the picture. Is has words like aperture, camera, size with accompanying number. Help. (This wasn’t always there so I guess its something I did)

The “view full size” with actual size is is still at the bottom right
Also, right above the write a comment box there is a picture shortcut name. Is this something I have to do in the description part of the picture?

That is a standard option. You can remove it with CSS, but that requires the WordPress.com Premium Plan.
