Insert/Edit link

  Hello,

  I recently created my blog and I have a question concerning the Insert/Edit link feature. I do not understand 2 out of the 4 options:
  1) Link URL (ok)
  2) Target (ok)
  3) Title (what does this refer to/mean? What is its purpose?)
  4) Class (what does this refer to/mean? What is its purpose?)
