INSERT/EDIT LINK BOX BLANK??

    After i updated my wordpress to the latest one, i found a problem while using new post, i tried to insert a link and when i clicked on the paperclip looking icon, normally there would be a box were the link would go then id press OK. But this time the box is completly blank??

    1 step i tried is deactivating all my plugins = didnt resolve
    2nd step was i reinstalled wordpress = didnt work either
    3rd step was to reinstall the theme to the latest one = this didnt work!

    What is the problem?? can anyone help please?
