insert/edit link problem

  I cannot paste the URL to connect my post to the Daily Prompt or WPC. The insert/edit link on my New Post is not highlighted and will not allow my to paste the URL.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. To insert a link you first have to type and highlight the text you want to link to (anchor text). Once you highlight the text the button should become available. http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/

  Thanks, Kokkieh–I will try again. It must be one little thing I am doing wrong because this would not be working one day and then not the next. I appreciate your help!

  Also try clearing your browser cache and cookies. That might cause the button to get “stuck”. Let us know if that doesn’t help.

  I did everything you said and, even though the insert/edit link didn’t give me the ‘paste’ option—everything is working! And now I know how to clear cookies. Thanks so much for your help. Much appreciated.

  You can paste by pressing Ctrl-V on your keyboard :)
