  1. Whether a customised calculator either in Excel or JavaScript can be embedded or directly added in a post without plugin in free plan. How?
  2. Whether JS code generated in One drive excel calculator is also workable in a post like iframe code for excel?

  it looks like you can’t make changes to source files like PHP and JavaScript on the free plan on WordPress.com. This is possible though on the business plan. You can find more information in this document:
