Inserting a custom header but nothing shows in the browser

    Hello;

    We’ve set up a custom template and inserted the header; however, when you look at the actual blog, the head disappears. The graphic is exactly the size requested, and sometimes it does show up, but only in Firefox.

    I’ve sent in 2 different support tickets to WordPress but haven’t gotten a response, and it’s been a few weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    We’ve since purchased the ability to customize the CSS, so if it’s in the coding, let me know where we need to adjust.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, can you provide us with a link to your blog, please?

    Also, once you purchase the CSS upgrade any uploaded headers will disappear and you’ll have to upload them to your media library and then insert the link to it into your CSS.

    WordPress support normally reply within a couple of working days so it’s strange they’ve not gotten back to you..

    Oops, crap wrong topic.

    It’s indeed a bit weird you haven’t got a response from the staff yet. Try contacting them again? http://wordpress.com/support/contact/

    Only very few people on this forum have experience regarding CSS so I advise you to try contacting them again. =)
