Inserting a twitter widget into a page on my blog

  On my blog on the ‘twitter’ page, HTML coding (when copied and pasted) won’t appear in the page with the twitter widget I want. I’ve tried many times and the widget won’t appear. The widget is from twitter and is a twitter list https://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets/widget_list
  Does anybody know why? or how I can get this to work?

  It’s not possibel to embed any widget into a post or a page on your WordPress.com blog. Moreover, all Javscript is stripped by the software to preserve security. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  There is a Twitter fab page widget found here > Appearance > Widgets that you can only install in a sidebar or footer area for widgets.

  edit: “fab” was meant to be “fan” as in fan pages.
