inserting a video on to my home page

  I have been trying to inset a video on to my home page. I have followed the instructions on some of the tutorial which seemed very simple. That being copy the embed code and paste it in to the relevant position. Every time i do this i only get the embed code showing.
  The theme i am using is one called ‘ new business’
  Now my site is not live yet, so i don’t know if this has something to do with it.

  Is it a YouTube video? What is the embed code that you inserted into the post?

  Hi. The embed code is

  I have changed the width and height as per the in instruction on the testimonials page to 300 and 235 respectively. but still no joy

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
