inserting a widget into the header or post of my site

    Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to insert the “follow my blog” widget onto the header of my site, this means along the “home” , “About” and “portfolio” tab, without having to upgrade to custom CSS design. The reason i want to do this is because I wish to get rid of my entire sidebar altogether for a cleaner less cluttered look.

    And if i can’t post it onto my header, would it be possible to grab a code to post that widget into my sticky post along the very front page of my website.
