Inserting ecommerce into wordpress site

I am trying to insert Bluepay/cardpointe into my site. I have the secret key etc. from Bluepay but have no clue as to how to proceed. Cardpointe said they would do it but such is not the case. I was told to contact wordpress for help. So here I am
