I have added two images from INTERNET EXPLORER into the Images Uploaded and it is SUCCESSFUL. I cannot delete Chrome for some reason and then reload it. I am frustrated with the Chrome not working. Sadly – I do not know where this issue is stemming from. Please look at the images and let me know if this is the same process you are using and are successful with. Are you also using the same version of chrome as I am?

Ok… Check this out… if I use the OLD Keystroke Shift + Alt + M to insert media – NO GO. BUT… if I use the Insert Media button at the top of the screen – it works… Is there a NEW keystroke to add media that takes me to a new window that the old keystroke takes me to an old outdated shortcut for the same command? I may be onto something. The Shift+ Alt + M works in Explorer however… Thoughts!

I’m not quite sure what this means? You should be able to delete Google Chrome, just like any other program on Windows as seen here:

I just tried it on my Google Chrome and it’s working fine – and it is the same version as you. That’s why I think it would be best to delete your version of Google Chrome and reinstall it.
As for the hotkeys – you mentioned that you may be onto something. Do you think that what’s going on is related to the hotkey? If you could explain I’d love to look into it further.
For Keyboard Shortcuts, it should be Alt + Shift + m to add an image.

I have continued to move forward with a bit of a hurdle in the placing of images, the keystroke does not work but insert image button at the top of the screen does. Thank you for that help…
I now have 2 questions for you.
1) can I change the email address that this (and all of my other blogs) are associated with. I would like to pull the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email from the account and make it my personal (email visible only to moderators and staff) email.
2) can I change the name of the blog from korbartwuhs.wordpress.com to korbartdaytoday.wordpress.com without losing anything (subscribers, numbers, etc…) I have gained over the years?

To change the address associated with your blog, please go to:

I have tried to change the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it says the email is already being used. Humph.

Of course! I’m happy to help. :) I did a quick search and it does look like that email was used to create another account.
If that is your email account, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so please make sure you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder as well because the confirmation email can end up there.
Once you are in, let me know and we can take it from there!

Ok… I am in. I used (email visible only to moderators and staff) to create an account for my daughter years ago… before she was old enough to have her own use of the internet without as much supervision. The bamboo717 account is probably not being used and the (email visible only to moderators and staff) email can be associated with my korbartwuhs.wordpress.com (and all my other blogs). Thanks.

Ok perfect. So what you can do is change your daughter’s account email to any other email. Using this same link:
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings
Once that has been confirmed it will free up your email so that you can change your account to this email.
