Inserting Grooveshark song

  I am having troubles inserting Grooveshark songs into a post. I’ve looked at the http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/06/29/inserting-grooveshark-audio-players/ link, and it is no longer relevant as Grooveshark has changed it’s interface to no long include widget as an option to share.

  How do I embed Grooveshark songs? I have to experience in coding, and have tried shortening code to no avail.
