Inserting image problem

    I am attempting to insert images into a post and I keep getting the message, “Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.”
    When I try again, the post reappears in a new window and when I attempt to insert a picture again, the same message appears. In short, I am unable to insert a picture into a post when previously I have been able to.
    Any suggestions on how I might resolve this problem?
