Inserting image/photo in Comments

  I would like readers to be able to upload a photo or image along with their written comments. Is there a way to allow photos to be posted in a comment or reply?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Apparently there is now. They can insert it via HTML code, provided the image is uploaded somewhere.
