Inserting images

I’ve been publishing posts through BlogPad Pro for five years with little trouble two weeks ago I was unable to inset images either “from device” or “media gallery.” I can choose an image from my device but when the “image location” screen shows up, the usual blue “insert Image” field is missing. I’ve tried redoing users and roles, uninstalling and reinstalling app, and updating blog settings. I’ve emailed support at least eight times with no reply.

According to Blogpad Pro’s FAQs, there have been reported issues with users not being able to upload images after a recent update. Several fixes were suggested, none worked for me.
Then they suggested contacting Support, which I also did, with no reply. Also contacted GoDaddy, they said it wasn’t their issue. So that is the status.

Sorry about that. Since WordPress.com does not host your site, they do not have access to your site contents.
Have you tried changing the theme of your site or uninstall/reinstall plugins that you are currently using on your site.
Then they suggested contacting Support, which I also did, with no reply.
