Inserting images on a page

I have a page for authors. When I try to insert an image under each name, it works sometime; and at other times, several images are garbled. The codes appear to be the same under each name, but are not corrected displayed.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

Yes, I have seen the link, I still am not sure whether my site is connected to wp.com or org. My website, thulika.net, is hosted by Hostinger.com, but it includes WordPress. Please, help me understand, is my site considered self-hosted? I am paying for having it run. Thanks.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with Hostinger, which we really can’t help with here.
