inserting logo jpg into header

  Cannot insert media (jpg logo) into header without it turning completely black, or arriving so large as to be distorted.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  First, make sure your file is saved in the RGB color space and not CMYK or Grayscale.

  If that doesn’t help, can you post more info about what you’ve tried already as well as a link to your jpg file?

  That’s because it contains transparency.

  If you want to maintain the transparency, you have to prepare the image to the exact size required (listed at appearance > header) before you upload it.
