Inserting Logo png into "Just another wordpress site" banner

  I am trying to load an image : http://anelbrink.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/logo3-e1335417574676.png into the upper banner where the words ANEL BRINK are so that I can remove it from the header image.
  The site is http://anelbrink.com
  If anyone can explain how to do this that would be great!

  We Volunteers cannot see into private blogs. The “just another WordPress.com site” is an optional text Tagline. It can be changed on this page > Settings > General and the Blog Title can be changed there at any time as well. However, the theme is not coded to accept an image there. It’s coded to accept text only. The header images are uploaded here > Apeatance > Settings and some themes have the option for choosing to either display or not display header text on that page.
