Inserting MP4 video on the home page section 1

Hi, I’m trying to place a video on my home page that will play as soon as someone goes to my site. Is this possible or can this only be done in blog pages ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If I’m understanding you correctly, you’d like to set up a Front Page that is the first thing everyone sees when they come to your blog, then you’d like that page to have a video show up on that page.
If this is the case. You’ll likely want to first learn how to set up a static front page. You can do that by reading this:
