Inserting my own banner/ad?

    I’m aware ads such as AdSense aren’t allowed, but is there a way to put an “ad”/banner for another website that I run in my sidebar using a widget?
    The majority of the widgets don’t have explanations for them…and I’m admittedly not motivated enough to figure them all out.

    Didn’t see a way to edit my original post…one more question: If it IS possible to insert my own banner for my own other page, is there a way to make it so it rotates through different banners each time the page is refreshed? Like have 3 or 4 different banners that change?
