Inserting photo into Page

    I am currently trying to add a photo into my page but when I select “add image” only half of the pop up window appears on screen. I can upload the photo and add the caption but I can not see the “insert into post” button as only the top half of the window can be seen.
    Any ideas what the problem is?

    What browser and version are you using? I’ve heard of something like this with IE 6. And do try the Cookie Dance: log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, and restart. See if that fixes it.

    Since you can get the URL of the image, but not the Insert button AND the Image Icon has been taken from us today, my suggestion for now is to report the issue to staff via your Dashboard, giving all details, and then to follow this procedure.

    Copy the URL of your uploaded image and insert it into the HTML editor using basic HTML codes. If you’re not familiar with them, just look on the second page of that thread above and some standard variation are laid out there for you to copy and paste.

    Thanks for that, it is working fine in firefox.
    I was using internet explorer, that was causing the problem.
    I seen a post from someone else with the same problem a while ago

    I’ve seen this problem with Internet Explorer when the browser reports that it is both IE 6 and IE 7. I would suggest checking Windows Update to see if there are any updates available.
