Inserting pictures in a draft

    Does anybody know why inserting pictures into a draft is always a gamble of placement?

    Sometimes, when I insert them, they land where ever I left the cursor..and other times they land at the begining of the draft…( so I have to copy and paste to move them)

    Why is this?

    Is there a special way to insert them exactly where I want every time?

    Please advise
