inserting post

  How can I insert a new post so that it appears between 2 previously published (older) posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can create your new post and edit the date and time to make it fall in the order you choose. The method of doing that varies but for me it is easiest to go to posts – new -‘through your wp-admin menu.

  Create your post and look at the Publish block that allows you to set:
  Status, Visibility, Publish immediately, and Publicize. In that block you can select a calendar and set the earlier date and time for your post to fit where you need it to go.

  If you have already written your new post, you can go to the quick edit screen where you can change the date.
