Inserting tables from excel

  I have a table created in excel which I want to put into a page on my blog. when I copy and paste the table it comes up ok but it is just text with no boxes so it looks confusing, how do I get the boxes around the text to appear?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Embedding documents
