Inserting videos into a post

  I paid the upgrade to be able to put videos in my posts but when I try to upload one, I get the ‘This file type is not allowed’ message. (It’s a .mov file.) So, I’ve had to upload the video to YouTube, and then upload to the blog from there. Is there a quicker way? Thanks!

  If you have upgraded to a WordPress.com Premium or a Business plan, you can use VideoPress to add video contents to your site.
