  I’ve been trying to link my one drive account to my blog but keep getting an error message that the wordpress server isn’t connecting…

  Note .doc, .docx (Microsoft Word Document) is an accepted file type for uploading. Please see http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/

  If you want to embed the document itself into a post or a page, you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs. Otherwise, the documents will appear as a download link.
