inserting youtube videos

  I’m still having trouble inserting a youtube video into a particular post on my blog. I’m using the free WordPress service. Is that making a difference? I copy the address, insert it, “un-link” it …but it only shows the address link — not the actual video. What am I doing wrong??

  I use the youtube shortcode and it has never ever failed for me. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/#embedding-with-a-shortcode
  I suggest you try using it as well. Don’t change a thing in this code.
