Inside background color not displaying full length of page in some web browsers

  My theme, Fresh and Clean, isn’t displaying properly on some web browsers. The white background under the menu bar cuts off just below the slider and doesn’t reach to the bottom of the page. If I choose a dark background color the list of posts is really hard to read. I have tried multiple browsers and computers and it displays properly on some but not on others. Is there a way to fix this?

  The issue seems to be mainly on PC’s, some Safari browsers and some Internet Explorers don’t display properly and others do. I can’t figure out why it works on some but not others.

  It is also happening in the individual blog posts. Thanks!

  And one more comment–I ended up changing to the Oxygen theme, but I would still love to know what the issue was if anyone has any ideas. I may go back to the other theme if I can get it to work properly. Thanks!
