  How can I create a plugin menu on wordpress.com
  Instabuilder plug in is what im trying to download and create a new plugin but I cannot on wordpress.com I went into wordpress.org
  im confused please help

  Generally, anything meant to increase conversions — popups, squeeze pages, bars — aren’t going to work on WordPress.com, which is the Automattic-run hosting service.

  You’ll need to talk with the WordPress.org community (or Instabuilder’s own support) if you need help with it.
