The InstaBuilder site would have the most accurate information for downloading and installing the plugin. They may also have support you can ask.
As you are now working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here, I would recommend asking any further questions you have about this either to the plugin developer or on the WordPress.org support forums:
