  Im trying 2 add this plugin instabuilder but I can’t even find my plugins 2 add this does anyone know where it is, it should b on the side but its not ther yea

  Plugins outside of the built-in plug-in functionality aren’t allowed on WordPress.com.

  You’ll need a site built with the software from WordPress.org to add plugins.
