  Hi there – I’ve logged into instagram, and hit the ‘reconnect to instagram’ a few times but it’s not working.

  Are you seeing any error messages when connecting to Instagram?

  I see that the legacy Instagram widget is in use on the site – you may want to try replacing this with an Instagram block: https://wordpress.com/support/instagram/#latest-instagram-posts-block-1
