Instagram and News Footer

  My Instagram and News footer have a white space on the right of the screen. Basically, the entire blue footer made up of both an Instagram Feed and News Footer (with text information in it) won’t extend all the way to the right hand side of screen in Chrome and Firefox. Does look fine on Safari. Please help. The blank white space on the right of the footer looks really bad.
